摘要:
本文针对医疗非违禁、PET瓶及地膜三大废塑料的清洗、分离及提纯工艺进行研究,并用提纯后的废塑料性能与对应纯废塑料的性能进行对比,发现一次性输液瓶/袋废塑料经分拣、破碎、摩擦清洗、清水漂洗、干燥、过橡胶分离机和气流分离机等工艺后得到的聚丙烯(PP)破碎料和聚乙烯/聚丙烯(PE/PP)复合料与对应纯的破碎料性能相差无几;聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)瓶废塑料经脱标、破碎、搓洗、漂洗、洗涤剂热洗及气流分选等工艺后得到的PET破碎料纯度很高;PE地膜经撕碎、除沙、破碎、摩擦清洗等工艺后得到的PE碎膜的杂质含量很低。
Abstract:
In this paper, the cleaning, separation and purification processes of the three waste plastics mixtures for medical non-prohibited, PET bottle and mulching film were studied, and the properties of the purified waste plastics were compared with those of the pure waste plastics. It was found that after sorting, crushing, friction cleaning, water rinsing, drying, rubber separator and air separator, polypropylene (PP) crushing material and polyethylene/polypropylene (PE/PP) composite material obtained from disposable infusion bottle/bag waste plastic have almost the same performance as the corresponding pure crushing material. The purity of PET crushing material was very high after destandard, crushing, scrubbing, rinsing, detergent hot washing and air separation process. The impurities content of PE broken film was very low after shredding, sand removal, crushing, friction cleaning and other processes.
