摘要:
聚丙烯等温结晶实验是《高分子物理实验》教学中的一个重要项目。针对本科生在学习"偏光显微镜法观察聚丙烯球晶生长过程"中对实验结果可能存在的认识误区,笔者通过引导学生将差示扫描量热法所得到的聚丙烯等温结晶全过程与偏光显微镜实验结果进行比较,进一步帮助学生充分理解球晶生长不同阶段结晶速率差异及内在原因,使学生对聚合物结晶过程有更加全面深刻的认识,做到理论和实验的有机结合。
Abstract:
The isothermal crystallization experiment of polypropylene is an important item in the teaching of Polymer Physics Experiment. In view of the students’ misunderstanding of the experimental results in the course of "observing the growth process of polypropylene spherulites by polarized light microscopy method", the authors further help students fully understand the differences of crystallization rate in different stages of spherulite growth and the underlying causes by guiding the students to compare the isothermal crystallization process of polypropylene obtained by differential scanning calorimetry with the results of polarized light microscopy experiments. The aim is to enable students to have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the polymer crystallization process, and to achieve the organic combination of theory and experiment.
