摘要:
河南城建学院主动对接"中国尼龙城"建设和平顶山市产业转型升级需求,与地方政府和骨干企业共建尼龙产业技术学院,探索校政行企多元共建、产教融合协同育人的应用型人才培养新模式,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有效衔接,提升学生的工程实践能力和创新意识,为提高尼龙产业核心竞争力、汇聚地方经济发展新动能提供人才支持和智力保障。本文阐述了尼龙产业技术学院的建设背景,介绍了尼龙学院围绕应用型人才培养,在多主体共建共管、企业主体作用发挥、服务社会能力提升和科研平台搭建等方面所做的探索。
Abstract:
Henan University of Urban Construction, together with Pingdingshan Municipal Government and China Pingmei Shenma Group, established Nylon Industrial College (NIC) to meet the needs of the construction of "China Nylon City" and industrial transformation and upgrading. NIC explores a new mode of training applied talent characterized by school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration. The engineering practice ability and innovation consciousness of college students were enhanced through effective connection of education chain, talent chain, industrial chain and innovation chain. NIC provides talent support and intellectual guarantee for improving the core competitiveness of nylon industry and gathering new drivers of local economic development. This paper introduces the explorations made by NIC in the aspects of multi-body co-construction and co-management, the main role of enterprises, the improvement of social service ability and the construction of scientific research platform.
