摘要:
使用蒙脱土等层状硅酸盐制备层状高分子纳米复合材料是高分子纳米复合材料的三大制备方式之一,蒙脱土在聚合物中的结构对复合材料的性能有重要影响,因此存在着蒙脱土结构-纳米复合材料性能的构效关系。只有充分理解这种构效关系,才能完全掌握层状纳米材料给高分子材料的性能带来的巨大提升。传统的教学方式抽象枯燥,导致学生不能完全掌握。为了达到更好的教学效果,作者将这种构效关系与生活中的名菜进行了类比,画出精美的对应关系图片,通过形象化教学方式,在寓教于乐中增强学生的理解和掌握。实践证明,学生对构效关系掌握全面,教学效果良好,为广大学生认可。
Abstract:
The preparation of layered polymer nanocomposites using layered silicates such as montmorillonite is one of the three preparation methods of polymer nanocomposites. The structure of montmorillonite in polymer has an important impact on the properties of nanocomposites. Therefore, there exists a structure-property relationship between montmorillonite structure and nanocomposites. Only by fully understanding this relationship can we completely grasp the great improvement brought by layered nanomaterials to the properties of polymer materials. The traditional teaching method is abstract and boring, which leads to students’ inability to fully master it. In order to achieve better teaching effect, the author compares this structure-property relationship with famous dishes, and draws exquisite corresponding pictures. Finally, through visual teaching, their understanding and mastery of this kind of relationshop is enhanced in fun. Practice proves that the students have a comprehensive grasp of structure-property relationship, leading to a good teaching effect recognized by most students.
